Dean Whalebone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Dean started their career as a Credit Controller at Computer People from 2002 to 2006, where they managed and controlled a portfolio of over 250 accounts and was responsible for collecting an average of £3 million per month. Dean then joined Easynet Global Services as a Billing & Collections Advisor from 2006 to 2013, where they managed a portfolio of over 200 accounts and ensured the collection of current and outstanding monies. Dean also worked as a Global Sales Support Advisor at Easynet Global Services from 2012 to 2013, where they compiled quotations, managed sales support tasks, and ensured adherence to SLAs.

In 2013, Dean joined Virocom Ltd as an Account Manager and subsequently became a Senior Support Executive. In these roles, they managed accounts and provided support to customers. Dean then moved on to Telappliant in 2017 as a Senior Key Account Manager, where they managed a diverse customer base and was responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through various activities such as organizing meetings, running demo sessions, and following up on new business leads.

In 2022, Dean joined Gradwell as a Senior Partner Development Manager, where they focused on developing partnerships. Currently, they are working at ITC Secure as an Account Manager, a role they started in 2023. Overall, Dean Whalebone has shown expertise in credit control, sales support, account management, and partner development throughout their career.

Dean Whalebone attended Crofton Park School from 1995 to 2000, where they focused on Business Studies GNVQ. Dean did not pursue any further formal education after that. However, in March 2023, they obtained a CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe.
