Amisha Raj is a skilled Major Incident Manager with extensive experience in incident management and IT service management. Currently employed at Itron, Inc. since September 2022, Amisha has honed expertise in managing critical incidents and implementing ITSM principles. Prior to this role, experience as a Cloud Operations Engineering Analyst at Accenture involved overseeing multiple projects within the Cloud Service Management Team, particularly focusing on Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management.
