Phillip Lipscomb has over 30 years of work experience, starting as a Computer & Comms Specialist with the USAF. Phillip has worked as a Network Consultant for plaNet Consulting, an Integration Manager and Applied Technology Analyst for SAIC, and a JIOC IT Systems Architect for The Garrett Group Inc. Phillip was a Principal Engineer at Special Technologies Lab, serving as a technical advisor to SOF and IC customers. At Favor TechConsulting, LLC, they worked as a Senior Enterprise Architect/Task Order Project Manager. Most recently, Lipscomb was a Principal Engineer at MAG Aerospace, where they also served as a Strategic Operational Planner and Principal Engineer responsible for providing guidance and oversight to multiple teams. Lipscomb's current role is as a Sr. Systems Engineer with ITS, LLC.
Phillip Lipscomb obtained an Associate degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force in 1992. Later, in 2004, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
