James McCord

James McCord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electronics and technical training. Currently serving as Senior Instructor Infrastructure at MARTA since February 2007, James provides training for electronics technicians and develops comprehensive training programs for central maintenance systems. James has also held positions as an Electronics Technician focusing on Automatic Train Control and Computer Maintenance, where responsibilities included maintaining complex electronic and computerized systems. Prior to MARTA, James gained experience as a Technical Writer at Cisco and as an intern at Thrust Interactive, converting technical documentation for web publication. James holds an Associate of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Penn Foster Group, a Full Stack Web Development Certification from FreeCodeCamp, and a Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute.
