Davide De Casa is a seasoned professional in corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Strategy and M&A at ITT Inc. since January 2023, where responsibilities include the development of the Corporate Strategic Plan and managing significant transactions such as the $171M sale of Wolverine Advanced Materials and the $475M acquisition of kSaria.
