Ben Alger

Ben Alger is a Senior Instructional Designer at Ivanti, focusing on the design and development of customer-facing SaaS product training since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning Experience Designer at Zscaler, where sales enablement training was created, and as an Instructional Designer II at DISH Network, responsible for training development for sales and customer support teams. Ben also served as Director of Career Services at Career Education Corporation, assisting students with job placements, and held various positions at ManpowerGroup, including Training Specialist and Performance Consultant, where leadership development initiatives were overhauled. Earlier experience with Kelly Services included managing recruitment processes for a global contact center. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is pursuing a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
