Kelton Lindstrom

Kelton Lindstrom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kelton began their career in 2010 as a Computer Technician at Mac Advantage. In 2011, they worked as a Fab Operator at On semiconductor until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Level 3 Support Technician at Henry Schein, providing remote software support and troubleshooting SQL-related issues.

In 2015, Kelton joined Ivanti and held various positions within the company. Kelton started as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they provided frontline support for Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite software. Kelton then progressed to the role of Staff Technical Support Engineer, taking ownership of escalated situations and keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Kelton later became a Principle Technical Support Engineer, leading the Ivanti EPM Patching and Software Distribution TSE teams and identifying process improvements. Currently, they serve as a Senior Product Support Engineer, providing backline support for the software and documenting product defects.

In addition to their work in the private sector, Kelton also has experience in the military. From 2013 to 2021, they served in the United States Army Reserve as a Nodal Systems Network Operator, proficient in network management and providing operational support for IP systems, network equipment, and communications security devices.

Kelton Lindstrom's education history includes attending ISU from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Information Technology. During their time at ISU, they did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, Kelton has acquired several certifications in the field of technology. In April 2014, they obtained an A+ certification from CompTIA, followed by a Network+ certification in May 2014. In August 2014, they also attained a CCNA certification from Cisco. More recently, in May 2019, Kelton obtained two certifications: Certified Administrator for Endpoint Manager 2017 from Ivanti and Security+ from CompTIA.
