Lene Vea

Lene Vea has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles, currently serving as KS/HMS-leder and HMS/K-ingeniør at IVAR IKS since February 2022. Previously, Lene held a position as WE Engineer at Aker Solutions from February 2018 to February 2022 and was a Senior Safety Engineer at Xafe AS from July 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included HSEQ oversight and management system revisions based on ISO 9001:2008. Additionally, Lene accumulated significant expertise at HMS Design & Utvikling AS from 2005 to 2014 as a Senior HSE Engineer, leading projects related to verification of WE factors. Early career experience includes a role as a process operator at Norsk Hydro from 1999 to 2001. Lene holds a Bachelor's degree in HSE from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and certifications in quality management from Teknologisk Institutt.
