Gerard Seijts

Gerard Seijts is a Professor and Executive Director at the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, since July 2000. The Institute aims to enhance business leadership practices and develop future leaders through research, teaching, and outreach. Gerard Seijts has also served as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, teaching MBA and Executive MBA students in business leadership and participating in executive education programs across Europe, North America, and Asia. Prior to joining the Richard Ivey School, Gerard Seijts was an Assistant Professor at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, from July 1997 to June 2000. Gerard Seijts holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
