Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Ivy since April 2024, Ashley is instrumental in scaling operations for a major technology provider for Entain. Previously, as Head of Talent Acquisition at Tao Digital Solutions, Ashley focused on innovative digital solutions. Notable roles include Senior Recruiter at Compass, where Ashley built Engineering and Product teams, and Talent Acquisition Consultant at DuPont, successfully hiring over 100 professionals across various domains. With experience at Legato Health Technologies, EPAM Systems, Deloitte Consulting, and D.E. Shaw India, Ashley has developed expertise in aligning recruitment strategies with business growth, managing comprehensive hiring cycles, and leading successful recruitment teams. Ashley holds a PGDBM in HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a B.Com. in accounts from Gujarat University.
