Courtney Roberts currently serves as President of the Ivy Tech Foundation and Senior Vice President of Development at Ivy Tech Community College, roles held since January 2022. Prior to this, Courtney spent over a decade at Eli Lilly and Company, where positions included Director of Social Impact for Global Health Philanthropic Partnerships, Country Leader for the US and Kenya in Global Health and Corporate Responsibility, and various roles in Government Affairs and Public Policy. Courtney's initiatives at Eli Lilly involved significant contributions to global health accessibility and corporate responsibility reporting. Courtney began a PhilD in Philanthropic Leadership at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in 2024, having previously earned a JD in Health Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in History and Political Science from Butler University.
