Kelsey Bain

Kelsey Bain is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Assistant Corporate Counsel at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Bain worked as an Associate Attorney at Donovan O'Connor & Dodig, LLP from September 2017 to January 2021. Bain's legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for Justice John Dooley at the Vermont Supreme Court and as a Dean's Fellow in the Legal Writing Department at Vermont Law School. Additionally, Bain contributed to the Vermont Law Review as a Symposium Editor and held various research and clerk positions, including those at Earthjustice and the Institute for Energy and the Environment. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Masters of Environmental Law & Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Tulane University.
