Emily Sylvia is an accomplished professional in the field of agriculture and international development with extensive experience at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), where Emily has advanced from Associate to Senior Manager in Agriculture since December 2018. Since then, it has grown into a global network of researchers who conduct randomized evaluations to test and improve the effectiveness of programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty.
