Deana Rousseau

Deana Rousseau is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a NPD Quality Engineer at J.W. Speaker Corporation since August 2019, Deana has also held key roles at Pace Industries, LLC as a Program Manager and Process/Tooling Engineer, and as a Senior Quality Engineer at MGS Mfg. Group. Deana's extensive experience includes managing quality teams, maintaining ISO9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, and implementing cost-saving processes. Deana began a career in engineering with internships at Bradley Corporation and Generac Power Systems, focusing on mechanical design and manufacturing processes. Deana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
