Joseph Walburn

Joseph Walburn is a Library Specialist at Jackson County Library Services since December 2022, focusing on children's programs and library functions. Previous experience includes working as a Caravan Guide/Interpreter at San Diego Zoo Global and serving as the Lead Tour Guide/Zoo Keeper at Rancho Wildlife Foundation, where Joseph designed and executed education programs while gaining animal care expertise. Earlier roles include Clinical Data Curator at Ambry Genetics, handling patient data, a Retail/Sales Associate at Big Five Sporting Goods, a Copyeditor and Writer for The Bulldog Weekly, and a Summer Intern at the Social Security Administration. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Redlands, completed in 2015.
