Charles Wall

Charles Wall is an experienced aviation and construction professional with a strong background in project and operations management. Currently serving as the Aviation Civil Lead at Jacobs since August 2024, Charles previously held roles including Director of Aviation at IEA Inc. and Senior Project Manager at EJ Smith Construction. Notable positions also include Senior Manager Capital Planning and Development at Shreveport Airport Authority, where leadership was provided for Louisiana's major commercial and general aviation airports. Charles' expertise spans project oversight and delivery, quality assurance, and business development across various organizations, including McKissack & McKissack, CMTS Inc., EJES, HNTB, and AECOM, contributing to significant projects such as the Chicago O’Hare Modernization Program. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is engaged in a Master's program in Engineering Science at Penn State University.
