Dania Suhail

Dania Suhail currently serves as a People & Culture Executive at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited, having joined in August 2023. Responsibilities include assisting in the execution of the GradNest'24 - MTO Program for the Tech Business Unit and developing performance management training courses for various staff levels. Previously, Dania held the role of Management Trainee Officer, where seven animated e-training modules were created for the Aghaaz Program, along with contributions to an in-house Learning Management System. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Jaffer Business Systems, where recruitment for technical positions was successfully conducted, and a position as a Teacher Assistant at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, where support for academic activities and grading processes was provided. Dania is a Gold Medalist graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
