Dr. Rhonda Stegall

Dr. Rhonda Stegall is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Executive Director of Administration at Roanoke County Schools since September 2017, after previously holding the position of Director of Secondary Instruction. Concurrently, Dr. Stegall is an Adjunct Professor at James Madison University, hosted at the Roanoke Higher Center, since September 2019. With extensive experience in secondary education leadership, Dr. Stegall has also been the Principal at Hidden Valley High School since July 2006 and served as Assistant Principal at Northside High School from July 2003 to July 2006. Dr. Stegall holds a Doctor of Education in Secondary School Administration/Principalship from Liberty University, along with a BS and MS in Administration and School Counseling from Radford University.
