Ben Muteba

Ben Muteba is a seasoned data scientist and analyst with extensive experience in various roles related to data science, data engineering, and bioinformatics. Currently, at Jamf since July 2019, Ben has developed a cloud-based Teacher Recommender System utilizing machine learning to help educators select appropriate learning tools. Concurrently, Ben operates BM Consultancy as a Data Science Expert and has engaged in numerous research projects focusing on data mining, statistical machine learning, and bioinformatics. Prior roles include offering mentorship to aspiring data scientists at insight2impact and contributions to educational institutions as a teacher assistant and mentor. Ben holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the University of the Western Cape along with multiple qualifications in computer science and natural sciences.
