Joel Grossman

Joel Grossman is an experienced mediator and arbitrator with over twenty-five years in the field. Currently affiliated with JAMS since January 2010, Joel specializes in employment disputes such as sexual harassment and discrimination, as well as entertainment-related cases involving copyright and profit participation issues. Previous roles include serving as a neutral mediator and arbitrator at ADR Services, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2009, and as Executive Vice President of Labor and Litigation Departments at Sony Pictures Entertainment from January 1989 to December 2003. Joel holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, earned between 1976 and 1979.
