Reggie Ribeiro

Reggie Ribeiro is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in leading compensation strategies across various prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as Compensation Lead at Jane Street since October 2021, Reggie previously held the position of Principal and Head of Compensation at Apollo Global Management Inc. from April 2020 to September 2021. Prior roles include Senior Vice President, Head of EMEA & APAC Compensation & HR Analytics at PIMCO and Vice President in various compensation-focused roles. Reggie's early career involved serving as Vice President of Global Markets Compensation at Citigroup and Associate Director - Compensation Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Reggie holds a Master's degree in HR Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stony Brook University.
