Dana Peck is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning Design Strategist at Janek Performance Group since June 2014. In this role, Dana collaborates with customers and internal teams to create customized learning solutions, while also facilitating discussions to enhance existing curricula. Previously, Dana held the title of Sr. Instructional Designer at Janek Performance Group, contributing to strategic sales solutions. In addition to this, Dana has been the President of Vantage Point Training Inc. since 1989, offering comprehensive learning services focused on customer experience and employee development. Prior work experience includes serving as a Leadership Learning Consultant at Cox Communications, where Dana provided tailored development solutions across all organizational levels. Dana holds a BA in Organizational Communications from Arizona State University and has furthered education at Columbia Business School.
