Esther Pena

Esther Pena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, administrative support, and human resources. Currently serving as a Project Manager - Implementation Specialist and Assistant Payroll Administrator at Janitronics Building Services since May 2021, Esther has previously held positions such as Administrative Assistant in the Automotive Finance Department at UPS and Store Manager at Camper. Additional roles include Human Resources functions focused on candidate recruitment, as well as various positions in the retail sector such as Hostess at Landry's and Sales Associate at Nordstrom. Esther holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and has also studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
