David Pearson is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in e-commerce and web engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at January Technologies since March 2025, previous roles include Director of Engineering at Square from June 2018 to March 2025, where David led multiple teams focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving substantial revenue growth. David also contributed to the growth of Weebly as an Engineering Manager and has provided mentorship as a part-time Engineering Coach at MentorCruise.
