Rajiv Sahdev has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. RAJIV started their career in 1987 with JCT Electronics Ltd., where they worked for 13 and a half years as the Plant Head of HR. In 2001, they joined Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited as the Corporate HR role. RAJIV then moved on to Moser Baer India Ltd in 2003, where they worked as a Sr.VP-HR until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of President & Group CHRO at JBM Group. Throughout their career, Rajiv has implemented successful change management practices, focused on integrating HR practices with business performance, and has demonstrated leadership in various HR roles.
Rajiv Sahdev obtained their MSW degree in PM-IR from Agra University between 1984 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1969 to 1979, completing their primary and secondary education.
