Yuhang Shao

Yuhang Shao, CFA, currently serves as the Head of SEA for Real Estate Investment at JD.COM, overseeing the company’s overseas real estate investments since April 2021. Prior to this role, Yuhang Shao worked at Mapletree in various capacities, including Senior Manager in Investment and Portfolio Management, where responsibilities included analyzing industry trends and managing assets. Additionally, Yuhang Shao was a Manager in Asset Management and Investment at Mapletree Industrial Trust Management, focusing on maximizing returns within a portfolio. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Engineer at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, specializing in civil and structural engineering projects. Yuhang Shao holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, a CFA designation, and advanced degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and Tianjin University.
