Allan Burman is the President of Jefferson Solutions at Jefferson Consulting Group. In addition, Allan serves as a Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration and the NCMA. Allan previously held the title of Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy at the Office of Management and Budget from 1988 to 1994. Allan Burman holds a BA in Modern European History from Wesleyan University and was a Fulbright Scholar at the Institute of Political Studies at Bordeaux University in France.
