Austin Horsley serves as the Operations Manager at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since July 2019, overseeing financial operations and invoice management for multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Hybrid Server/Server Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from staff training and beverage program management to guest relations and facility maintenance. Prior to joining Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, Austin held positions at Coldstream Country Club as Lead Server/Bartender, at Health Carousel as a Registered Nurse Recruiter, and at Total Quality Logistics as a Logistics Account Executive. Early career experience includes positions at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as an Assistant Store Manager and at Chipotle Mexican Grill as Kitchen Manager. Austin completed education at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and holds a High School Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Glen Este High School.
