Darcie Bristow has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Darcie began their career as an Audit Intern at Ernst & Young in 2007. Darcie then joined the company full-time as a Senior in Assurance Services from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Darcie joined Convergys where they held roles in Financial Reporting and Manager of Financial Reporting until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, starting as Corporate Controller and later moving up to Vice President of Finance. As of November 2021, Darcie is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment.
Darcie Bristow pursued their higher education at the University of Kentucky from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
