Andrew Boustouler has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Jersey Post since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ports of Jersey for over two decades, where they held roles such as Chief Financial Officer from October 2015 to January 2023 and Group Resources Director from October 2002 to September 2015.
