Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith is an experienced professional in quality assurance and agile delivery, currently serving as Agile Delivery Lead at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since September 2014. Jamie has held various roles within the company, including Test Team Lead and Senior Test Analyst, where responsibilities included managing project delivery, task and defect management, and leading nighttime releases. Automation regression tests were created using Eggplant Functional to enhance testing efficiency. Previous experience includes roles at BJSS as a Graduate QA Tester, at Yorkshire Water as a Telemetry IT placement student, and at RSA as a Test Analyst and Commercial Underwriter. Jamie holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Leeds Metropolitan University and has developed a strong foundation in software testing, process improvement, and client-focused technical solutions throughout a diverse career.
