Steve Preston

Steve Preston has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as General Manager - Commercial Contracts at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since January 2016. In this role, Steve has led significant projects, including the implementation of self-handling operations at multiple airports and the integration of an Airbus A330 into the fleet. Previously, Steve held various positions, including Director of Ground Operations at Maleth-Aero, where responsibilities included managing both AOC and worldwide operations. Steve's career began with roles at Emerald Airways and Air Atlanta Icelandic, gaining foundational expertise in operations. Educated at Thornton Grammar School from 1998 to 2003, Steve has built a robust background in aviation management and operational efficiency.
