Jeff Krenn, MBA, is an experienced professional in loyalty technology and digital transformation, currently serving as Manager of Cobrand Loyalty Technology at JetBlue since February 2020. With a solid track record in managing customer loyalty initiatives and overseeing digital programs, Jeff has held various roles in project management across different organizations, including OUTFRONT Media and NYISO, where responsibilities included finance and business intelligence initiatives. Additionally, Jeff is the Owner and Property Manager of Pineapple Estates LLC and has developed IT solutions for small to medium-sized businesses as the Owner of ToastedTech LLC.
