Monika Ram is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce planning and management within the aviation and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Training Recovery Officer at Jetstar Airways since September 2022, Monika has previously held positions such as Workforce Roster Manager at Tāmaki Health, Workforce Planner and Recruitment Advisor at FIRST Security, and Crew Planner and Cargo Support Consultant at Air New Zealand.
