Michelle Small

Michelle Small possesses extensive experience in program development and management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Manager of New Program Development at Jhpiego since February 2021, Michelle has also held roles as Senior Specialist and Officer in the same department. Previous experience includes serving as Program Development Coordinator at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) and as an intern in various organizations, including Roots of Development, Women Political Leaders, and RefuSHE. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Public Health from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in International Service from American University.
