Dinda Nuranissa Setiawan is a Senior Design Researcher at Jiva, with prior experience as a User Researcher at HappyFresh, where responsibilities included managing foundational research across multiple markets and mentoring junior researchers. Dinda's background encompasses a research internship at the Behavioural Science Institute, Radboud University Nijmegen, contributing to a thesis presented at a conference, and serving as a Research Assistant, examining well-being and online vigilance through data analysis techniques. Dinda holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Radboud University and the University of Indonesia, respectively. Additional experience includes internships at Kadence International and TAYLOR NELSON SOFRES, focusing on qualitative market research.
