Erica Brown

Erica Brown is an Executive Search Consultant at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s CFO/Financial Officers Practice. She focuses on recruiting senior finance executives for Industrial Services, Industrial Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Products, and Consumer companies.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Erica has partnered with Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies, and private companies on executive-level searches that span all functional areas and various industries to help build strong executive-level leadership teams.

Erica received a B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College. She lives in Philadelphia, PA, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, exercising, and playing sports.
