Paul joined JMW in July 2016 as head of the catastrophic injury team.
Paul has experience of dealing with a wide and varied range of serious and catastrophic injury claims including those arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work, pedestrian accidents and assaults resulting in claims to the criminal injuries compensation authority.
He has a particular interest in cases involving spinal cord damage, brain injuries, amputation and very serious orthopaedic injuries.
These cases often require extensive rehabilitation packages which will include the engagement of multi disciplinary teams to include case managers, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, care teams, accommodation experts to assist with adaptation schemes to allow clients to live independently with their teams around them.
