David Mulcair

David Mulcair is an experienced technology and product management professional with a strong background in program management and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management at Jobber since February 2022, David plays a key role in aligning technical roadmaps with customer needs to support small businesses in field service operations. Prior to Jobber, David held various positions including Product Manager at OPIsystems Inc., Senior Software Development Manager at DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, and Vice President at Alata. With a career that began as a Network Administrator at Steeplejack, David has developed a robust skill set in managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving product growth. David holds a Computer Systems Technology degree from NAIT, a UX Designer Certificate from Akendi, and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University.
