Currently serving as President and CEO of Aspiration Marketing since October 2014, Joachim focuses on driving sustainable growth for startups and scaleups. Since founding Books Tell You Why, Inc. in November 2002, Joachim has demonstrated problem-solving expertise as a generalist. As a member of The Upside Foundation of Canada, Joachim has committed to impact local communities through charitable equity pledges. In addition, Joachim holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at SmartDreamers, enhancing recruitment marketing solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations for Mergers & Acquisitions at Oracle and Vice President Operations at Adexa, where Joachim guided strategic planning and operational management.
