Toni Rogers has a strong background in human resources and management. Toni started their career as an HR Manager at Hall of Fame Racing in 2005, where they worked until 2009. Toni then moved on to Casey Mears Inc. as a Business Manager from 2009 to 2011. Toni then joined Joe Gibbs Racing MX as an Operations Manager from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Joe Gibbs Racing, Inc. from 2013 to 2023. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Joe Gibbs Racing starting from 2023.
From 1994 to 1998, Toni Rogers attended SUNY Oneonta, where they studied Economics.
