UJWAL also worked at TCPL Packaging Limited as a Manager of Projects, overseeing facility establishment, relocations, and construction projects across India. Ujwal's earlier experience includes managerial positions at CMI-FPE Limited, where they were involved in project planning, evaluation, monitoring, and control, as well as production and capacity enhancements.
Ujwal Kawale holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. UJWAL also has a Post Graduate Program in General Management (PGPMS) from Welingkar Institute of Management, obtained in 2010. Ujwal's undergraduate degree is in Production Engineering (B.E.) from D Y Patil College of Engineering, completed from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification from APMG-International in 2014.
