Kelly Pozzini

Kelly Pozzini is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and analytical services industries, currently serving as the Director of Global Laboratory Project Management at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020. In this leadership role, Kelly builds and oversees a Project Management team, focusing on creating and enforcing robust processes to drive growth within the global Analytical Services organization. Previous positions include Senior Technical Manager at Kindeva, Laboratory Manager and Product Commercialization Manager at 3M, and Chemistry Manager at WuXi AppTec. Kelly’s extensive experience also includes roles at Pace Analytical Life Sciences and a significant tenure at 3M as Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor and Senior Chemist. Educationally, Kelly is pursuing a Master's degree in Technical Management from St. Thomas University and holds BST and BS degrees in Life Science and Biology, respectively, from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
