Xavier then joined TI Automotive in 1987 as a Product & Logistic Director, where they worked for over 20 years. In 2008, they transitioned to John Cockerill and took on various roles, including Vice-President Sales Metallurgy and General Manager CMI Processing Lines. From 2016 to 2023, they served as Vice-President Sales & Proposals and Vice-President Procurement & Sourcing at John Cockerill Industry (Metals). Overall, Xavier has a strong background in procurement, sales, and general management.
Xavier Lhoest completed a Master's degree in Industrial Safety & Health (Niveau 1) from Université de Liege, from 1991 to 1993. Xavier also holds a degree in Ir Electro-Mecanique Metallurgiste from the University of Liège, from 1980 to 1985.
