Genc

Cem Genc is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for EMEA at John Crane since January 2023. Prior to this role, Cem held the position of Legal Director for the Middle East at Smiths Detection from April 2018 to January 2023, and served as Middle East Senior Legal Counsel at Mondelēz International from February 2017 to April 2018. Cem's earlier experience includes various legal positions at British American Tobacco from August 2008 to January 2017, as well as serving as an Associate at Esin Attorney Partnership from September 2005 to August 2008. Cem began a legal career as a Legal Intern at Cargill from December 2003 to August 2005. Cem earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Baskent University, completing studies in 2003.
