Matthew Monger

Matthew Monger is a seasoned professional in quality management with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects. Currently serving as the Quality and Completions Manager for the Westgate Tunnel Project at John Holland since October 2023, Matthew previously held the role of Regional Quality Manager at Multiplex from August 2011 to October 2023, overseeing key projects such as Southbank Central Apartments and Australia 108. Prior experience includes positions at Baulderstone as Quality Manager on multiple infrastructure upgrades and significant projects at John Holland from 2002 to 2010. Matthew's early career involved consulting on the development of Quality, Environment, and Safety Management systems. Matthew holds education credentials from Swinburne University of Technology.
