Zahyiah AlAmry has extensive work experience in the field of health information management. Zahyiah started their career in 2007 as a Health Information Specialist at Saad Specialist Hospital. In 2008, they joined Saudi Aramco and served as a Health Information Specialist until 2012 when they were promoted to the role of Supervisor, overseeing Health Information Management. In 2016, Zahyiah joined Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) as the Director of Health Information Management. Currently, they hold the position of RCM Project Lead at JHAH. In 2019, Zahyiah also took on the role of Secretary General at the Saudi Health Information Management Association.

Zahyiah AlAmry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Liverpool, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Zahyiah also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Health Information Management & Technology from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, achieved from 2002 to 2007. Furthermore, Zahyiah attained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Health Information Management from King Faisal University in Dammam during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Saudi Aramco in 2019 and has completed a course titled "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" offered by LinkedIn, although the year of obtaining this certification is not specified.
