Mohd Shameel Iqbal

Mohd Shameel Iqbal is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at The Johns Hopkins University since July 2020 and a Postdoctoral Researcher in Molecular and Comparative Pathobiology. Iqbal also served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from July 2018 to July 2020, focusing on skin cancer research. Previously, Iqbal was a Senior Research Fellow at IICB-CSIR from August 2008 to July 2020. Iqbal holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Calcutta, obtained between 2010 and 2017, and another Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology-CSIR, completed in 2016.
