Gillian Heltai

Gillian Heltai is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Haus, starting in September 2024. Additionally, Gillian is an Operator in Residence at Emergence Capital since May 2022, where collaboration with founders focuses on customer retention, growth strategies, and leadership hiring. As an Advisor and Board Observer at Forma, and as an Advisor at Lattice from October 2019 to February 2024, Gillian provided strategic counsel. Prior experience includes leading client services as Senior Vice President at Talkdesk and holding several roles at comScore, including Senior Vice President of Digital Media Solutions and Vice President of Sales. Early career experience includes an Associate role at Atomic Labs and multiple positions at comScore, culminating in managing relationships with premier clients in telecommunications and mobile solutions. Gillian holds an MBA from Stanford University and a degree in Commerce, Marketing, and Management from the University of Virginia.
