Grant Ferguson

Grant Ferguson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support, incident management, and network administration. Currently serving as a Software Support Specialist at Joint Commission Resources since June 2023, Grant oversees the lifecycle of support tickets and implements Major Incident Management processes. Previous roles include Integration Reliability Technician at Arthrex, where escalated support was provided for critical technical issues, and Information Technology Support Engineer at Timothy Christian Schools, focusing on various IT systems and administrative support.
